| Chairman
& CEO |
|
He
personally oversees the company’s day-to-day operation, and plans
and directs all strategic solutions to every requirement of all clients.
All concerns and tribulations of the clients are directly forwarded to
him for immediate resolution. |

| President
|
|
|
The President has been in the recruitment business for 17 years. She coordinates with local government offices regarding requirements and legal and welfare matters. She also manages the human resources and Accounts, apart from maintaining excellent client relations. |

| Recruitment
Department |
|
The
Recruitment Manager has 12 years experience in the recruitment industry.
She is assisted by the Technical Consultant. The Department has two Sections:
The Operations Section and the Screening Section. |

The Operations Section is divided into four Projects, each managed by a Project Manager who has extensive experience in a specialized recruitment field: |

Client portfolios are managed by Project Managers, each of who are responsible for managing the clients' requirements to ensure that it is processed efficiently and completely. |

The Screening Section is responsible for mobilizing, screening and selection of applicants. It has a team of 3 Technical and 1 Health Care Evaluators, 3 Technical and 1 Health Care Mobilizers, 4 Recruitment Assistants and 3 Receptionists. |

| Processing Department | |
The Office Manager, who has 12 years experience in the recruitment industry,
heads the department. Incidentally, both the Recruitment Manager and the
Office Manager have been with EWPCI since its inception. |
|
The team is composed of 4 Liaison Officers (for POEA, Embassy, Airport, other Government Offices) and 3 Processing and Documentation Assistants. Together, they process all the necessary documents required of the workers for deployment - such as POEA clearances, Visa stamping, booking, tickets and others - to expedite the deployment. |

| MIS
Department |
|
The
MIS Manager has 7 years experience in implementing information systems
for various industries. He is assisted by a Technician and a Systems Analyst.
Two Encoders consolidate in the RMS all the information gathered from
applicants. |

| Accounts
& Admin Department |
|
| The Finance Officer is responsible for managing the company's financial and administrative affairs. | |
| Legal
& Welfare Department |
|
| The
department has a Legal Advisor for Corporate Affairs and one for Worker
Relations. Both have extensive experience in the recruitment industry.
They are assisted by a Welfare Officer and a Welfare Coordinator. The
department is responsible for managing all aspects of employer-worker
relations. |
|
| Secretariat |
|
The
Secretariat facilitates all reports processing and communications with
the clients and workers. The team includes two Secretaries and two Public
Relations Officers. The Public Relations Officers are primarily tasked
to assist our clients for whatever matter and in any way necessary.
